Critical Update KB 828035 and Router

Hi everyone,

Not sure if the two are related, but after installing critical update KB
828035, my wired router which allows me to share my cable modem with my
laptop just stopped working. I plug the cable modem directly back into my
desktop and the connection works fine. Is there something this update might
have done or reset to stop my router from working?? This is driving me
nuts. Thanks.
 
The KB update does not affect the router, since the router is not running
XP.

Please list out the make and model of the router!


Can you access the router's internal web page ??
