Critical Error

Can anyone give me any advice how to solve this:

Every time my computer goes into standby mode - (either when it's been left alone for a certain length of time or I put it into standby mode) i get the following message & the computer reboots: windows has recovered from a serious error
These are the errors.
C:\WINXP\Minidump\Mini 032304-01.dmp and
C:\DOCUME~1\my cpuname\LOCALS~1\Temp\WFR4.tmp.dir01\sysdata.xml

What I have discovered is that this only happens when the computer is connected up to the Docking station. When it stands on it's own it's fine. My computer is a dell inspirion 8200 & the docking station is an Advanced port replicator. It didn't come with a driver disc, and I've checked the dell website & doesn't appear to be one.
Any help appreciated..
