Critical Error in Access 2002

Hi I´m facundo from argentina.
I have one problem in acces when i try to create a ole object.
After create the object when i´m in the table and i do click in the ole
object then access show me this error
"Error Comunicating whit ole server or ActiveX server please restart the ole
server ...."
How i fix this problem?
