Critical credit card ect....

I keep recieving a message on the right side of my tool bar that says "Credit
card hijacking attempt detecte... scan system now for spyware" ect.......
It says my pc is not protected with spyware. All these messages that im
getting are from the little yellow exclamation point on the right side of my
tool bar by the clock.
Is this something i need to worry about. Is it fake?
Please help asap

Run an on line AV scan on your sys from eg

You probably have malaware / trojan on your sys
You could also download and run both SpyBot and Adaware - free versions -
also see MS web site for MS Defender
