I'm trying to do a countif function where my criteria is a date range, like
between 8/1/2007 and 8/31/2007.
Thanks for your help!
 
=COUNTIF(A2:A100,">="&DATE(2007,8,1))-COUNTIF(A2:A100,">"&DATE(2007,8,31))

or


=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A100>=DATE(2007,8,1)),--(A2:A100<=DATE(2007,8,31))
