Cripple IE

I need to be able to cripple IE. I need to be able to cripple IE so that
there is no url bar no menu bars nothing but the web window so that they can
only goto the web page in their home page and any page that links from that
home page

You can launch IE in Kiosk Mode
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;154780) and then
customize a GPO to restrict access to IE options.
