Creator of appointment?

If our receptionists (plural) have Editor rights to all of our calendars so
they can make appointments for us when we are gone or busy. How can we tell
which of them, or if the calendar's owner him/herself created an appointment?

Using the organizer field only seems to show the name of the person whose
calendar it is, not who actually created it.

I think it's the "modified" field that has their name in it.

I have found 2 ways, but cannot get back to the 1st way I did it. The way I
remember is that I changed the appointment view to Events and made sure there
was a from column and that listed who it was from. The other way I had to
choose the field organizer (but can't remember how I got there)

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the Modified and Created fields only
have dates.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the From field only shows the Owners
name of the Calendar, not the Editors name of someone who can make
appointments on it. Same with the Organizer field.

the From field on mine shows when my assistant made an entry in my calendar.
Her name is there, not mine. She has owner level permission and places
appointments directly into my Calendar.

Do you happen to know if that would still work if your assistant only has
Editor rights? I guess we can give our receptionists owner rights, but i
wasn't sure what that allowed them to do that Editor doesn't allow.

if they can create items in that Calendar, then From should show their name.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to. Did you get a chance to try Editor
instead of Owner?

I'll double check again, but all i saw with the From field was the Owner's
name, not the creators name.
