Creative Sound Blaster Live 24 Problem...

In my system,i have installed a new SBLive 24 sound card. The softwares that
came along with the cd had the problem of giving some 'click ' like odd
sounds while playing games.

So, I updated the drivers and softwares from the creative website. Now the
problem got worser. Whenever, i get connected to the net, the system crashes
with a blue screen error.

STOP 0x00000012 (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
TRAP_CAUSE_UNKNOWN


Pleas Help in this
