Creating USN journal

I have a 120GB Sata 3.0g drive that I want to create a USN Journal on . I
don't know the best settings for the USN on this drive though . It's on a
gaming system , so it has a large number of files of varying sizes , if that
makes any difference .
If anybody has any information on this , I'd appreciate it !
