Creating user accounts based on templates

If I'm creating a bunch of users with very similar attributes, is there a
way to streamline it and use a "template" that would contain all the
properties already preset the way I'd like them?

You could create a user such as _Accountants (In aduc). Disable the user
(Should never be an account you logon with) and the group settings, logon
hours, etc... and add it. Then go back to the user (Should be at the top
since prefaced with an _) and do a copy. A window will pop up and give the
user a unique name and say ok.
