Creating Stationary in Outlook 2003

I would like to create stationary with the company logo for email types such
as; html and text formats. Someone attempted to create this and the
stationary tiled itself. I understand that there will be a difference
depending on the receiving email settings but to have it look professional
and not be tiled across the email is what i'm trying to accomplish. Is there
anyway i can do this?
