How do I prevent my custom stationary from tiling?

When I attempt to create custom stationary using an image, Outlook
automatically tiles the selected image and there does not appear to be a way
to disable this. I just want the image to appear once, instead of tiling,
if possible. Anyone know how to do that? The steps I've taken are below:
Tools / Options / Mail Format tab / Stationary Picker box / New / Start with
blank stationary option / Picture option
