well, laying Bush aside and just looking at things objectively
I don't have anything to hide

it's unfortunate that the rights of some are infringed upon due to
the abuse of others.

Im a team player

**** my rights if it helps the whole see...

i know what the constitution says

im not being defensive
but I just think your mindset is pretty
non team playerish

you seem to think YOUR govt is out to do you in

well sir, YOU are the one who put them there right?

WE the people put them there

When WE don't like it, then WE should step up and do a better job

I have contempt for anyone who badmouths our leaders, and the way
things are being run...I get really sick of it.

If we don't like it, then we should have voted for someone else
I like America, I will gladly sacrifice something for the benefit of
the whole.

and...I did misunderstand the radio, I was thinking it was about
terrorism.

and you're right, terrorist don't "google"

what the heck would they search for you know...

oh well
maybe our govt should start their own search engine incognito

call it...

giggle

I use Google. I, along with a few billion other people, do not live in
the United States, yet information about our use is potentially about
to be handed over to your Govt who have no jurisdiction over us.

oh, google can break it down by country

google knows where you are demographically

I am for my government.
When they get out of line

Ill have to run for office and straighten it out.

Personally I think we should close all borders hands down

nobody in, nobody out!

and EVERYBODY will be polled

who are you, where did you come from
state your business here

and root the terrorist out

and keep the walls up...
but have a stringent method of entry and exit.

It is the reality of the world we live in.
If I was king, this is what I would do.

Then maybe you can explain US, McCarthism against Communism, the Cold
War against the USSR and China, the Korean War, the Vietnam war against
Communist North Vietnam and last supporting the Afghans (and OBL) against
the USSR in it's Afghan War.

Personally I don't understand why it's alright for Americans to go
overseas to work and steal but not alright for others to come here.

about the T1 connection, do i run to my telecoms company or can i do it
myself along wiht the wireless access points? what books do i buy to

communism is devoid of the spirit of entreprenuership
(theres no incentive for anyone) hell anyone can eat.
!dreams are suffocated!

it really goes much deeper than I think this topic can afford.

*vietnam was awful it should have never happened. The cause had several
key motivators.
money, money, money! and pride, the pride of life. You gotta know when
enough is enough. It was just terrible! or awful I should say.

Anglo-Afghan war? Those who can will?

Sounds like: How come it's not ok to look a gift horse in the mouth.

You buy bandwidth in bulk, and sell it off in smaller streams.

FREE ENTERPRISE

IOW you can't go over there and have the same oppurtunities we have
here.

:p

Can't help thinking we may have strayed ever so slightly off topic...

Feel bad cos it was me that brought up bloody Google in the first
place.

Cisco routers come with a default T1 line in the 2600 series. is is
like what i need? thiough it's only 1.544MBPS.

T1 is 1.5Mb/sec, yes.

Not sure what you mean by "routers come with a default T1 line" though.

The router will come with a WAN connection which may be Ethernet, X21,
DSL, Fibre, ISDN, T1 or some other kind of synchronous card. You then
plug this into whatever Internet link you gave bought.

The 2600 isn't limited to 1.5MB/sec on the WAN. I'm don't have the
exact spec to hand, but it will certainly be higher that T1 spec.

If you really want more info on your connectivity options, contact a
Cisco reseller and they can spec what you need. Remember, though, (as
we've said previously) you *still* need some kind of connection to the
Internet that your shiny router will plug into.

Skot.

yeah, skotle, a csu/dsu equipment and a demarc. i wish i had yoiu as a
friend. thanks for hte advice.

i am thinking, for the WAN connection, is it possible for anyone to get
a dedicated leased line on a point-to-point serial link? i am only
thinking and may you in your imperial wisdom advise me.
