Creating online forms

A friend has asked me to help them with their website design as I am
used to designing Access databases and they want me to design an
online form that will generate an e-mail when submitted. Someone else
in India will be actually uploading everything onto the website - I've
just been asked to design the form.
The question is, if I create this in an Access database, can it then
be uploaded onto a web page without too much difficulty?

No, there is absolute no more relation between access and ms-word, then a
web based apcpation. They are just completely different.

You need to use a web based tool to create your form. Most right now prefer
the asp.net tools, and for sure FrontPage can help you build a rudimentary
form.

Access is the wrong tool
