Creating New Toolbars in Word 2007

Hi

I would like to set up a new toolbar in Word 2007 rather than add macros I
have created to the Quick toolbar. I would also like the buttons to have
text on them rather than select a picture when I am associating the macro to
the button ie Fax, Letter, Memo

Any info most appreciated!

There is no provision within Word 2007 to do any of what you want. The only
customizable bar is the QAT. In order to create any other toolbars you'll
need to resort to 3rd party alternatives.

Thanks for the info guys. Although it sounds like I can’t have a new toolbar
without 3rd party intervention! Is it possible to have text rather than
pictures on any buttons I assign to a macro I have created?

Note that if you have access to Word 2003 you can create a Word 2003
template (*.dot) and place it in the startup folder for Word 2007; any
custom toolbars will then show up on the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon. See
