creating new themes

Hi everyone,
In word 2003 is it possible to create our own themes ? ( not the ones
already available in themes dialog box)

No, but you can make some changes to the ones that are offered by Word. See

Word 2007 offers more advanced settings for themes, intended not only for
web documents.
