Creating New doc at opening of word???

How do I set up microsoft word 2007 so that it will open up in a new
document? I was using it earlier and inserted a picture and now when i close
this it keeps asking if i want to save changes(no I dont), I dont even want
this to start up with this inserted picture! Would like to start with a new
blank doc upon start-up, Please help, Thanx Jim
