Creating Multiple Select Combo Box Access 2003

Hi

I a little confused i have set up a combo box in a input form on access 2003

what to be able to select more that one item from this list and have it assigned to one particular order number which i have defined as my primary key for the record

i am aware that access 2007 has a feature to activate a multiple selection combo box

can anyone help me in being able to put this into access 2003
