Combo-box field items are now blank

We have a database that is used by Access 2003 and 2007 users. One of
the combo-box fields in a subform is all of a sudden displaying blanks
on computers running a database in Access 2003. However, If I click
on one of the "blank lines," Access fills in the data correctly from
that blank line. The items show up just fine on computers running
2007. Needless to say, it's tough to pick the correct info. I tried
deleting and recreating the combo-box field in the subform using both
versions, with no luck. All of the other combo-box fields show the
selections correctly.

Formatting of the field includes the following:
Format: (blank)
Visible: Yes
List Rows: 16
Back Style: Normal
Back Color: System Window
etc.

I also copied and pasted the formatting of another combo-box fields,
but nothing is working. Any ideas? Please let me know if I need to
supply more information.

Have you recently installed Access 2003 Service Pack 3?
Could be the Service Pack 3 bug.
See this link for details on the hotfix.
