Creating internal hyperlinks

How do I create hyperlinks from documents that are either in .pdf or .doc
format within FP linking to documents that are residing on my FP file system
(in the same format) so the path is recognized?

You can't. You have to create the links in the actual document using the application that created
the document. The link would have to be Absolute URLs to other files within your web site.
