Creating groups in Business Contact manager

G

Guest

I would like to create four groups of contacts. ie.
manufactures, wholesales, my clients, and personal contacts (friends).

It appears BCM may be designed for my clients, but I cannot seem to create
manufacturer, and wholesaler contact groups?

I cannot use BCM if I cannot create multiple contact groups.

any suggested is greatly appreciated.

Steve:

Use Search Folders to create groups of contacts (or accounts or history or
more). You might want to use a field like Area of Interest to designate
whether a contact is a Manufacturer, Personal, etc. Then you can define the
Search Folder as being that value.

There are other threads in this newsgroup that discuss Search Folders in
more detail...

Hope that helps,
Lon
