Creating "frames" in excel

Excel 2007, windows xp sp2

I would like to create an excel file with multiple worksheets in the same
workbook that break down data by month, week, and day. On one main page I'd
like to have "frames" (similar to web page frames that are scrollable on
there own without navigating away from the main page) that reference those
other worksheets that are scrollable. I'm a bit of a novice, is this
something that's even possible, if it is, is it terribly difficult?
 
I just discovered the windows functions in the view settings. I will try
those out and see how that goes. I thought I had looked at all the options,
guess not.
 
Excel isn't too much like a web browser. If you want to keep specific rows
and columns always in view you can use Freeze Panes on the View tab. If you
do this with, say, D6 selected, columns A-C and rows 1-5 will always be on
screen when you scroll down/right.

Thanks for the reply, I think I'm just going to have to have the monthly
calendar on the main page and the other two "breakdown" pages on seperate
sheets. Actually, I may just attempt a framed web site that references the
seperate excel books or worksheets. Hmm.
