I have been unable to create new mail folders in which I can place addresses
of various people to which I want to send a common message. For example a
Central States Club folder that would contain 30 different addresses. When
using Windows XP I was able to do that. With Windows Vista mail I lost that
feature.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks

Open your contacts folder from the top toolbar>right click on a blank area
within the folder and choose 'customise this folder'>in the drop down list,
set the folder type to Contacts>apply/ok.

Thanks, but I do not see a "new contact group" when I do this. I try to right
click on empty area of right pane & click customize this folder etc. but this
does not work???

"Does not work" is not very helpful. What do you see after you right-click
in that empty white space on the far right of the Contacts screen? Is
one of the options "Customize This Folder"? If so, what happens when
you click on that?
