I have a list of names and e-mail addresses I want to turn into a dist list
in Outlook. I know it can be done, but I don't know how. Also, how do I
send an existing dist list to someone else?
Thanks for the help

there will be several of us using this mailing list and it needs to be in
outlook.
Can you help

I'd import the Excel file into an empty, new contacts folder that has had
the Outlook Address Book box checked on the Properties dialog of the folder.
You can then use it as a mail merge source as is, select all contacts and
use Actions | New Message to contact, or proceed to create a DL, if you feel
you absolutely must.
