creating custom forms & editing the Task Page

When creating a custom form from the IPM.Task standard form, I cannot edit
the Task page in form Designer. I want to add some user defined fields and
the designer will not allow me access to the Field Chooser. Any insights
would be helpful.

That's normal behavior; the first page of the task form is not editable. You
will need to do your customization on the P.2 - P.5 pages. See
