Creating Bootable Floppy for XP PRO BIOS Upgrade

As I'm rebuilding my Sony Vaio (PCV-RX270DS) with my CD version of XP Pro,
one of the downloads from Sony is to update the BIOS to 1003. In order to do
this, the instructions call for a 3 1/2 bootable floppy disk to receive the
BIOS Installation files. Sony has a link for information on "Creating a
Bootable Floppy Disk for Windows XP Bios Updates" however, this link produces
a 401 error.
Please let me know how to create this bootable floppy.

Thanks.

Insert floppy, rt clk > format > bootable will produce
it with DOS included which u may not want. If so, just
delete the files it contains - SONY's DL might include
its own vers of DOS.

Flashing BIOS is irreversible on my PC so be very very
careful. BIG RED FLAGS. Suggest u SCAN floppy 4 bad
sectors b4 u write to it.
