Creating an XP Disk from my i386 directory on my C drive and my product key on my COA

Hi!

I would like to reinstall my computer without all the crap on my acer
recovery disk. I have an I386 directory and the COA affixed to the bottom of
my machine. I tried creating a bootable disk with the files, but it asks me
for a Windows XP Service Pack 2 disk in Drive A.
