Does it have uninstaller? Its not a Visual Basic application?

It can be uninstalled via Add or Remove programs in the Control Panel. I do
not know what language it was written it, but there is no dependency on the
VB runtime so it's not Visual Basic. Nor is it .NET.

Some other suggestions?

You have received three different suggestions so far. Can you provide
details on what you dislike about the current suggestions so that additional
suggestions might be more inline with what you are looking for?

Well, just wanted to know which from these applications is more handy, ISO
Recorder, MagicISO, UltraISO, ImgBurn..
The burning option is less important, because I use Nero.

I use MagicDisc. It is a great application. It not only creates
ISOs, it can mount them as virtual disk. I have made ISOs of a
number of copy protected game disks and they all work from the
virtual drive perfectly. I have even been able to make an ISO of the
original WinME bootable disk that works fine.

Not only is the program that good, its Freeware.
