creating an index in the LDAP policy data store

I am installing ClearTrust from RSA Security on a test environment. One of
the steps talks about creating an index in the LDAP policy data store, using
the AD Schema Console. Does anyone know the steps to take to do that?

It is a standard schema change. You need to set bit 0 of the searchflags
attribute if it isn't already set.
