Creating an in/out board on company intranet

Does anyone know if it's possible to create a sign in/out board on a
company's internal website in frontpage? We'd like to have a place on the
site where people can select whether they're in or out of the office and also
have a space for notes to indicate where they are, when they'll be back, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not native to FrontPage, no. You might see if Sharepoint Server and
Sharepoint Designer might have those features.

Could be done with an access database.
