Intranet Calendar That Users Can Manipulate

Hello. I'm maintaining a company intranet site and have received a request to
include calendars for room reservations and whatnot. There are plenty of
calendar scripts out there for creating calendars, but what I need is a
calendar that users can manipulate (through date and time selections, and
also by adding notes, for example). My current set up is a blank text field
that users can type into (stored in Access) but now I need something more
sophisticated. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanx!
