Creating a template in outlook 2002 (*.oft)

I followed the instructions to create a an automatic
custom reply message with Outlook 2002 (from Outlook
Assistance) however when it said to "Save as type, click
Outlook template, and Save". There is Outlook Template
feature to select." What am I missing here? I have Word
document, Web document, Web html, web page, etc. but no
Outlook template. H-E-L-P!

You must first turn off WordMail as your editor -- Tools | Options | Mail
Format. Then create the reply message and save it as an .oft file. You can
turn WordMail back on after that.
