Creating a Search

I'm looking to setup a search or help screen similar to
windows help with index and search available. What type
of program can do this for me?

Open XP's "Help and Support". On the Toolbar, click on
"Options", then click on "Install and share Windows Help".

The Help and Support Center in Windows XP is essentially a viewer for
online articles and local help files, which for the most part are in
compiled HTML Help (.chm) format. Hardware and software vendors can
integrate their own help content into the Help and Support Center, as
described here:
