Creating a reply rule template in Outlook

G

Guest

Hello,

When I create a reply rule, it is saved as a document template, with a *.dot
extension. But, to use this template, Outlook is looking for a file with a
*.oft extension. Help!

Thank you

Turn off Word as your editor first (Tools | Options | Mail Format). After you create and save the .oft file, you can turn it back on.
