Creating a Public share

I have a server that I need to create a public share on. There are many
people here that need to access the folder but they don't need to have any
other access to the machine. The time they need access is pretty short so
creating users for them is fairly labor intensive for this.

Any help is appreciated.

I am guessing that this a member server in your domain?

If it is, grant access to a new xxx domain group and add the users to the xxx
group.
