Creating a login in

My computer boots up without a login required. All files and programs are
avaiable for use. I don't want another user in my home to be able to look at
my files without a login. How do I create user logins with Windows XP?
 
Set a password on your account. Control Panel, User Accounts. Once you have a password set, if it still automatically logs in (it shouldn't) click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 Check the box "Users must enter........"
