Creating a Form in Word 2007

I have created a form using Rich Text and Checkboxes. However once I select
one of the check boxes, the Click here to enter text fields are not
accessible anymore....I would hope you can combine the two options in one
form...Help please...I have read and everything seems to be correct. Help!

Thanks however,still having issues.

I used the legacy checkbox. In testing the form if I select any of the
checkboxes then I'm unable to enter text in the "Click here to enter text"
fields... However, if I enter all the text in the "Click here to enter text"
fields first, it's fine but it's still a problem..because if the user wants
to change any text...they can't.

I have bought a book...read everything online and can not get this to work.

HELP!
Another issue...the links received in my emails for answers to this
Discussion Group...don't work. Took me awhile to find my way back.

The best plan is not to mix legacy form fields and Word 2007 content
controls.
Use Legacy text form fields.
To make their insertion even simpler - see
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Classic Form Controls.htm
If you must use content controls then use the check box from the legacy
active X controls and leave the form unlocked.
