I'm trying to set up a data base for my address labels. What program do I

I suggest, instead of a database - you use Microsoft Word and Excel and look
into "Mail Merge" in the built in help files.

Don't have those applications? Then you likely don't have any database
software installed either. =)

This program can use an existing data base or make a new one for you. The
address label handling looks very flexible.

Windows XP, as an operating system, naturally has no such capability
built-in. Instead, you're free to purchase and install the database
program of your choice.

freeware database program

You can do mail labels in MS Word or any other word processor.
