Create Table by using Wizard

I have Access 2002 and Windows XP. I am trying to design a new database
however when I open a new data base then coose "create table by using wizard"
it doesn't do anything. I don't get an error message or the wizard. I have
tried uninstalling the Microsoft Office 2002 and reinstalling but to not
avail. If anyone can tell me how to correct this problem I would greatly
appreciate it.
