ODBC Connect wizard fails to open!

I am a software developer, and have ODBC connections which I previously set
up on my Windows installation using MySQL ODBC connector 3.51.12 - these were
tested and found to be working. I have Office 2003 Professional with Service
Pack 2 and all the latest security updates etc. I have tried with Business
Contact Manager and without it.

HOWEVER - recently I ran Microsoft Access 2003 and tried to LINK some more
MySQL tables to an Access project. I got to the first screen, and being
somewhat curious selected the SQL SERVER option, before clicking NEXT.
Instead of proceeding, the wizard disappeared.

Now, whenever I select "FILE/ GET EXTERNAL DATA/ LINK TABLES" and select
"ODBC Databases ()" from the "Files of Type" option, the wizard fails to
load. I've tried changing my Macro security settings, I read the Help
sections about "Sandbox Mode", I've even uninstalled Office, cleaned up the
registry with Norton Systemworks, and reinstalled Office again, but to no
avail - I can't get my ODBC wizard back again. Many of the options in
Tools/Options are as I set them previously - so they options have been
retained through the uninstall/install operation.

Other wizards seem to be okay- it just seems to be the ODBC one that is
missing. Can anyone help me get it back?

If you use Norton AntiVirus, disable the Office Plugin. (You'll find it
under 'miscellaneous' in Norton AntiVirus options).
