Create services

How can i create a service. I want to create a hotsync
service to run when computer boots. There are 3 of us who
have palm's and we all have passwords so i want hotsync
to run immediately. So how do i create a service

Paste the .exe file you want to run (a service is usually an .exe file) in
the Startup folder inside the Start Menu

For All users, paste the .exe in:
DRIVE:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\startup
