Create Personal Folders via GPO

All,
Is it possible to create personal folders for each user via GPO ? Each PST
would be created on a users home drive (i.e. their H drive).
This would be for Outlook 2002 and 2003.

You'd want to use a .prf file for this, invokving it with one of the
techniques detailed in the ORK. Note that PST files are not supported on
network drives because of potential corruption problems.
