Create New Message Header

Is it possible to Create New Field in the Message Header in the event of
Write New Message (beside To, CC, BCC, Subject)?
 
With a custom message form, yes, but a custom message form is practical only for sending to other people inside your own company.

Maybe you should ask again, but this time explain what it is you really are trying to accomplish.
