Create new common Color Category for all users

Hi All,

I need to create a new common Color Category in outlook client for all users
in the organisation, is their anyway so that the same can be done in Exchange
server and then be replicated to all Outlook clients.

It would have to be done on each mailbox in the server. You would have to
use an API that can be used with no Outlook, such as WebDAV or Extended
MAPI. EWS doesn't let you work with hidden items, which is what the color
categories are stored as.
