Create multiple users + different passwords

I have read many newsgroups and a lot on the internet, but cannot find a
tool for creating multiple users with different passwords on Windows 2000
server.

Who can help ?

Hi

You might be in luck. I have written a tool that does
the job of bulk creating user accounts, with password
options that you can set.
It is not on general release, I simply sell it to
School/College IT Depts. that need software for easy
administration.
