Create DSN For Outlook 2003

Create a DSN that would allow me to use a word template to access my contact
information info outlook 2003.

Want to be able to connect to my contact information from a word template and
import specfic fields automatically depending on how the template was set up
and which names in the contacts were selected. Want to do this without using
mail merge. and do it behind the scenes except for the user chosing which
entry in the contact will be used.
