Create Calendar event

I want to create a meeting event and have it also appear in another users
calendar. I don't want the user to accept the invitation, I just want it to
appear on his calendar. Is this possible?
 
Do this when editing the event:
Unselect the option "Request responses" in the menu item [Actions].

Done!
