Create Boot Disk on CD-ROM???

I have a Vaio PCG GR300k laptop running win2k and I need
to boot from the Emergency Repair Disk. This VAIO has no
floppy drive and the recovery disk that came with this
VAIO only installs Win2k and does not have a Emergency
Repair (Boot Disk). How do I make a CD-ROM Emergency
Reapair Disk? - kevin
