create an outlook calendar in public folders

We're a shop using Outlook 2003 with exchange - have a
manager who would like to create an outlook calendar in
public folders with author's rights.

Any takers???

Right click the Root Public Folder and select New Folder > ensure the folder
type is set to Appointments, once created right click the folder and select
Properties and then Permissions, note the folder creator is the Owner!
