create a rule depending on attachment's file name

I would like to suggest that Outlook in the future be able to:
Set up a rule that if an email comes in with a specific file name: ex:
xxx.htm
It can be sorted or deleted. (if i receieve an email with the xxx.htm
attachment delete [or move] the message and the attachment)

I think this would help deal with spam.

Do you have an example or instructions on how to do this? (Im not that
familiar with outlook)

You currently can work around this by using a rule that checks the header

Tools-> Rules And Alerts-> New Rule-> Start with blank rule-> when message
arrive-> with specific text in the header (enter specific text)-> action
(like move to folder)-> except (not requirered)-> name the rule and make
sure it is turned on. And then test the rule
